Your daily tasks:
- Acceptance and processing of room reservations
- Check-in and check-out
- First point of contact for guests
- Administrative tasks
What you bring with you:
- Completed training in the catering sector or professional experience as a receptionist (m/f/d), but at least a secondary school leaving certificate and professional experience in the catering sector
- Willingness to learn
- good application knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- positive basic attitude towards service
- strong communication skills
- friendly demeanor, well-groomed appearance and exemplary manners
- good knowledge of German, knowledge of English desirable
